it seems that many customer has got advance textile lamination machine but do not have deep knowledge about it.so many times problems are due to machine setting but customer thinks it is adhesive problem.also thereuse to be a quality flucuations from fabric to fabric. Also many customer use diff kind of foams like aromatic foams and aliphatic foams. Also diff kind of membranes causes problem.I think to make textile adhesive sucessful we need a deep knowlegde about lamination machines, thorough knowlegde about substrates, membranes and market requirement

The term adhesions in Technical textile specifications are used in multiple areas as listed below.
1. Seam strength of thermoplastic-coated fabrics.
2. Two substrates e.g. textile, film, membrane foil or foam bonded/laminated using solution or solvent less adhesives based on PU, Acylic, rubber epoxy etc.
3. Anchorage of a coating over a specified substrate.
In all the cases adhesion failure or product design principles are different. A specific task can be accomplished if issue is described elaborately. Generally speaking; surface properties (energy level), Viscosity (wetting related), Polymer selection, understanding of processing and structure property relationships of polymer are few important area, which should be considered.
